Census Bureau: More women than men in Bear Rocks in 2017


Of the 1,038 people living in Bear Rocks in 2017, 53.7 percent (557) were women and 46.3 percent (481) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Keystone Business News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 330-to-289. In the 65 years and over age range, there were 93 females and 112 males.
