89 percent of applicants to Rosemont College were admitted for fall 2018


At Rosemont College, 77 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 64 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Rosemont enrolled 945 students in fall 2018, including 572 in undergraduate and 373 in graduate programs, data shows. 5.4 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

78 percent of undergraduates are residents of Pennsylvania, and 21 percent are residents of other states. 1 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Black or African American (44 percent) and white (35 percent).

The school admitted 89 percent of the 785 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 13 percent enrolled.
