Graduates earn 290 degrees, certificates from Rosemont College


About 35.2 percent of the 290 degrees and certificates handed out by Rosemont College in 2017-18 were to students in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Rosemont conferred 41 master's degrees and 36 bachelor's degrees in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs.

But the single most popular program was for a master's degree in counseling psychology. Data shows the school gave out 38 master's degrees in counseling psychology, followed by 32 master's degrees in general business administration and management and 28 bachelor's degrees in general business administration and management.

The college enrolled 1,008 students for 2017-18, including 635 in undergraduate programs and 373 in graduate programs.
