76 percent of applicants to Northern Tier Career Center were admitted for fall 2017


At Northern Tier Career Center, 63 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 98 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The public school in Towanda enrolled 41 students in fall 2017, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. No undergraduates were transferred from another college or university.

100 percent of undergraduates are residents of Pennsylvania.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (95 percent) and American Indian or Alaska Native (2 percent).

The school admitted 76 percent of the 42 students who applied for fall 2017. Of those who were admitted, 84 percent enrolled.
