BOSS Controls, LLC, a leading Internet of Things (IoT) company founded in 2012, said on Thursday that the Pittsburgh Technology Council has named it a Tech 50 Awards Finalist in the "Start-Up of the Year" Category.
The annual awards recognize southwestern Pennsylvania's most successful, innovative and thought-leading technology firms, honoring transformative technology centers of excellence with tech companies at all stages of growth.
"Each year…the Tech 50 awards honor those companies that demonstrated the strongest growth and advancement in product or sales success, financial strength, corporate citizenship, job growth, and retention and innovative product or technology," Audrey Russo, president and CEO of the Pittsburgh Technology Council, said.
Tech 50 winners will be announced on Oct. 29 at the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh.
