Tara Mashack-Behney, president of Conrad Siegel Investment Advisors Inc., was honored recently by being named to Employee Benefit Adviser’s inaugural list of The Most Influential Women in Benefit Advising.
“As president of Conrad Siegel Investment Advisors, Tara has led the firm to significant growth by recognizing ways to adapt and meet the needs of the changing market while maintaining the company’s founding vision to put its clients’ best interests first,” John Jeffrey, partner and chair of the Business Development Committee, said. “This past year alone Tara has played an active role questioning the downfalls and contradictions of many Target Date Funds currently on the market to help plan sponsors recognize the need for risk-based portfolios and unbundled Target Date Funds.”

Mashack-Behney specializes in investment consulting for a wide variety of retirement plans, including defined benefit pension plans, defined contribution retirement plans and 403(b) plans.
