Registration is open for the Pennsylvania Bankers Association's Group 2 Women in Banking Regional Launch, which will be held from 8:30-10:30 a.m. on Oct. 29 at the Pine Crest Country Club in Lansdale.
Designed for all levels of banking employees, the conference is expected to be high on audience participation, teaching leadership skills, networking tips and an action plan for developing and growing business relationships.
Michelle Landis, the president and owner of ActionCOACH of Greater Lehigh Valley/Berks, will be the featured speaker. She has more than 30 years of experience in business and is a frequent speaker and presenter.
In 2009, Landis won the Eastern Pennsylvania Business Journal’s Spotlight Award for business and community leadership. She also recently won the Lehigh Valley SUITS award for management consulting excellence.
Landis has led a re-engineering effort for GE Capital, adding $58 million to the company’s bottom line. She has also served as GE’s Chief Operating Officer and acting president of GE Capital’s SBA division.
The Pennsylvania Bankers Association also will hold other events in the state during November and December.
