Small-business owners call for like-kind exchange law

National Federation of Independent Business members in Pennsylvania said the state needs a like-kind exchange law to help small businesses grow and create jobs. Aging Butler County water mains to be replaced

Aging water mains running through Butler Township, Center Township, the City of Butler and Saxonburg Borough will be replaced, thanks to a $4.5 million water-line upgrade, Pennsylvania American Water said today.
